™€œExtremely disappointed with GE service. A supervisor promised parts would be ordered immediately, but nothing was done. After waiting a week, I learned no order had been placed. A second technician confirmed this and finally ordered the parts. Poor communication and follow-through on a $4,000 appliance

Cooks evenly and the air fry setting is pretty han

I recently replaced my old oven with this 30™€ built-in convection wall oven, and so far it™€™s been a nice upgrade. The convection fan circulates heat really well, so baked dishes come out more even than what I was used to, and the air fry mode is actually useful™€"it crisps fries and chicken without me dragging out the countertop air fryer. The touch controls are easy enough to figure out, though they do smudge a bit so I™€™m wiping them down often. I tried the precision cooking option on a roast and it did a good job keeping it tender, though the learning curve takes a bit of trial and error. Preheat time is faster than my old oven, but not instant, so I wouldn™€™t say it™€™s super quick. Installation was straightforward since it fit perfectly into the existing 30™€ cutout. One thing I™€™ve noticed is the fan can be a little louder than expected when it™€™s cooling down, and the Wi-Fi feature is neat for checking progress but I don™€™t use it much. Overall though, it bakes evenly, the air fry saves counter space, and it looks sleek in the kitchen, so I™€™m pretty happy with it.

Pros: So far it works great! The black stainless steel color is pretty. I love being able to use the app to turn it on and off. I love the features it™€™s has. I will update if there™€™s problems. The con: it feels like it blows a lot of hot air out of the bottom while cooking using the convection part. I™€™m not sure if that™€™s with every setting yet or if that™€™s what it™€™s suppose to be doing? It makes the kitchen hotter sometimes.

I have only had the oven for a month but so far so good. The air fry option is nice. I replaced a 26 year old built in GE and luckily this new model fit the space perfectly. The only negative is that the steam option doesn't work like the video shows. I had pizza cheese drip on the bottom and the video shows the steam clean soften it to wipe right up. Did not work for me and I have a stain on the oven floor now.

Recent purchase, so the jury is still out. On the whole it seems like a nice oven so far, but I™€™ve encountered some frustrations. PROS: Touchscreen is intuitive. Bake and broil work as expected. The extension rack operates very smoothly. CONS: No consistent way to set two timers to run simultaneously. (Can do both a ™€œkitchen™€ timer and a ™€œcooking™€ timer IF you have a cooking function going, but not, for example, if the broiler is operating.) Flat rack is very tight and does not slide out/in smoothly--to the point that it is scratching the walls of the oven. This shouldn™€™t happen with a brand new oven. Z zzz

We love GE products! When we built our house 30 years ago we purchased all GE appliances. Our GE Profile oven has been an excellent appliance, but after 30 years it needed to be replaced. We purchased a new GE Profile oven. It has all the new "bells & whistles." (Convection oven, air fryer, precision cooking probe, WiFi remote, etc.) GE Customer Service was exceptional - they helped me pick the correct oven for our built-in space. We could take advantage of the Military Discount! The installers did an excellent job! We love our new oven!

Quality oven. But, it needs to be connected to my Wi-Fi to convection roast? How bazaar. The oven also texts me all day long telling me my oven has preheated, even though it's not even on. I don't like this wifi issue at all and would not have purchased this oven if I had known. Also, connecting the oven to my wifi was VERY DIFFICULT. I had to bring in the younger generation to figure it out and it took them 2 HOURS TO CONNECT. This is how we spent our Christmas dinner trying to figure out the oven. I'm not happy about this at all.

Wall oven was easy to install and setup. Work fantastic, heats quickly and controls are intuitive. Disappointed in the app as one of the selling features was "scan barcode of a food package in the app and the oven will be set to the instructions for that particular item". I have had the oven for a couple of months, updated the app each time it comes available and never have been able to scan a package and have this work.

The oven has so many different features that make cooking easy. The app makes it so easy to start the oven from wherever I am. My favorite feature is that during Thanksgiving the alarm sound for timers changes to a turkey gobbling. It was the best surprise and made being in the kitchen during the holidays all the more fun.

Love this GE wall oven! Cooked our turkey in it for Thanksgiving and it came out perfect. Built in meat thermometer and phone app were so incredibly helpful! My timer gobbled like a turkey when it was done! This was part of a remodel which isn't done yet, so we've only used the oven a couple times since, mostly for warming up food. So far we are very happy!

This oven is pretty cool. It bakes evenly and you can preheat or turn off from your phone. It does take a long time to preheat for a regular bake, and I couldn't use it for air frying / etc. until it was connected to the internet.
